Devices for in-line antioxidant treatment of electrowelded pipes
Our partner MAeMa is able to satisfy the in-line oxidation protection needs of tube manufacturers in the round 10 to 200 and square 10 to 140 range with standard systems.
Of course we can make special devices for larger pipe sizes. The need to have the tube dry and protect it from oxidation through the atomization of protective oil requires reducing the quantity of emulsive in and outside the tube as much as possible.
L.B.Sidertech can suggest a whole series of actions to achieve this goal (prevent cooling water from returning, for example, and many others).
With this in mind of reducing emulsion on the tube, MAeMa has created a cutting oil atomization system for the circular saw with the dual purpose of eliminating the emulsion for the circular or guillotine blade and increasing the life of this equipment through efficient lubrication ( localized) of specific cutting oil which is solubilized during the cutting itself without polluting the emulsive.
There are also devices dedicated to the protective and functional treatment of tape for various applications such as for mold makers.
