We have developed our system as synthesis of all our experiences. We focused on pneumatic system that offers many advantages respect both mechanical and hydraulic tools. In any case we can also offer for mechanical tools that we are not pushing.
We excluded hydraulic system to save costs for an hydraulic high pressure pump, less energy consumption due to the heavy duty pump, not using hydraulic oil, this bring less costs. Further in case of system leakage hydraulic oil in snot soluble into emulsion and automatically there will be a
pollution of emulsion bath. Hydraulic oil is easily sticking on steel tube. For some application it can brings complaints from customers.
Pneumatic solution can properly work as well as hydraulic solution since the pressure "push" on bigger lower leg (shuttle) area respect hydraulic
cylinder. Further we can work with standard 5 bars by using an air multiplyer (X 4).
Our system is definitively easy going tools when compared with those of our competitors, small number of spare parts and using standard carbide rings.
We manufacture these systems custom made so we can adapt it to the customer's needs and tube mill features.
