Since 2002 L.B.Sidertech in the person of Luca Briganti , is one of the major collaborator of the Baheti’s family, owner of the multinational group DEE-TEE INDUSTRIES LTD for the European and North African operations .
Together with its International partners , we co-operate developing the market of coils cutting and flattening products ( we start from Dia 25 mm onwards ) .
We hence manufacture knives , separators , spacers and all other parts of the cutting set all custom made . We also provide technical consultancy service through our high level specialist to optimize the setting
up of tooling cutting set ( we also can provide special software for easy going optimized preparation ) . Objectives are strip’s burrs reduction , getting longer life of knives e suggest most performing design or
materials according with new materials to be cut .
We do use ONLY top quality imported steels coming by top steel works factories worldwide .
For our tooling we use mostly following grades :

AISI D3 SKD 1 1.2080
AISI H13 SKD 61 1.2344/45
AISI S1 1.2550
AISI M2 SKH 51 1.3343
For special application we can also use steel alloy with high Cr content 8% and also sintered powdered steel such as ASP 2023 .
Our spacers are mostly done by using steel grades : en31 ; SUJ2 ; 100Cr6 ; SAE 52100
For our flattener rolls we use mostly steel grades : en31 ; 100Cr6 ; EN31 ; 1.2067
