L.B.Sidertech the main European and North African partner of DeeTee Industries Ltd for the production of forming and profiling rolls and parts custom made or by our project.
The production process is totally under our control and internal made starting from imported premium quality steel such as:
- AISI D2 / 1.2379 / SKD 11
- AISI D3 / 1.2080 / SKD 1
We project and design rolls by German software COPRA, and work materials with last generation CNC machines, we have our salt bath heat treatment and proceed till the end of the cycle with outgoing severe inspection.
We also manufacture shafts for forming tube mills or profiling open profile mills as well as rod mill rolls and hyperbolic rolls for straightening machines and seamless roll forming mills.
For hot material working we used ( such as rod mill rolls ) we use:
- AISI H 13 / 2344 / SKD 6
